Hello Wonderful Guests! Our aim is to create a pleasant, fresh, and welcoming environment for everyone. We love seeing happy faces and ensuring all our guests leave with lovely memories. Here's a little guide on how we all can help:

1. Indoors is for Fresh Air:

   • Our cozy indoor spaces - from guest rooms and lobbies to dining spots - are smoke-free zones. This includes cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and similar devices. It's all about keeping the air clean and enjoyable for everyone!

2. Special Spots Just for You:

   • For our friends who smoke, we've dedicated two outdoor areas just for you! They're marked with friendly signs. And hey, they come with a view! Please use these zones for all your smoking needs.

3. Let's Keep it Friendly:

   • When in the designated areas, kindly be mindful of others, especially our non-smoking pals. Keeping a little distance from doors, windows, and folks who aren't smoking makes everyone's day brighter.

4. Oops Moments:

   • We understand, sometimes mistakes happen. But if smoke drifts into smoke-free zones, there may be a small fee to get things fresh again. We appreciate your understanding!

5. Safety First, Always:

   • Let's look out for each other! Please make sure cigarettes or vaping devices are properly put out before disposal. We want everyone to stay safe.

6. Thinking of Quitting? We've Got Your Back:

   • If you ever think about kicking the habit, just let us know. We'd be happy to share some resources and cheer you on.

Checkout Time:
All guests must vacate their rooms by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.
 

Late Checkout:

Guests wishing to check out after 11:00 AM must make arrangements with the front desk prior to their departure date.

Late checkouts are subject to availability and may incur additional charges:

Between 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM – 25% of the room rate.

Between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 50% of the room rate.

After 3:00 PM – A full night's rate will be charged.
 

Key Return:

Room keys or key cards must be returned to the front desk upon checkout.

Lost or unreturned keys may be subject to a replacement fee.
 

Room Inspection:

Rooms may be inspected upon checkout to ensure there are no damages or missing items.  Guests may be charged for any damage to the room or missing items.

Billing:

All outstanding charges must be settled upon checkout.

Guests can review their bill and clarify any charges at the front desk.

Left Items:

Please ensure you have all your belongings before leaving.

Any items left behind will be placed in our Lost and Found and retained for 30 days. After this period, unclaimed items may be donated or discarded.

Feedback:

We appreciate your feedback. Please consider completing a feedback form or online review to share your experience.

Early Departure:

If guests decide to check out before their reserved departure date, they should inform the front desk as soon as possible.

Early departure fees or penalties may apply, depending on the booking conditions.

Future Reservations:

For guests wishing to book future stays, our front desk team will be pleased to assist and may provide special rates or offers for returning guests.

Safety Precautions:

For the safety of all, please ensure that room windows and doors are securely closed upon leaving.

Each room has a posted exit plan. Please familiarize yourself with the exit plan as you enter your private room or suite.
